there is nothing worse than returning a car to a client and then noticing something u missed while doing a walk around with the client. embarrassing!
that is why it is so important to have a mental checklist.
most people miss:
1.Door jams, underside of them
2.The paint at the edge of the engine bay which the hood covers
3.Gas cap door and area
4.Vacuum the rear window area where the speakers and 3rd brake light are located.
tell u what, i love repeat customers because it is just a matter of maintaining the car to my standards, vs. 1st time cars which i have to catch up to my standards. always rewarding either way, but so much easier when on a maintenance program
