Most Underrated Products

I thought it would be interesting to discuss what are the most underrated products you have used, and explain what is good about them and why you feel they are often overlooked. For myself personally, I have only been detailing for a year and haven't used many different products, but I have recently come across Lucas Oil slick mist, and I love this stuff. For those of you who don't know it is a spray wax. It is an easy on and easy off, and leaves your paint ridiculously slick!! It also has a great sprayer on the bottle. I feel it is overlooked because it is otc and not many people have tried it. Just watch where you buy it, I bought mine for $6 but have seen it as high as $9.50. Now its your turn, what have you used that is overrated?

Sonus Motor and Trim Kote, Sonus Bumper and Trim Dressing, Pinnacle SSII wax...I'm sure there are more...
 
The first couple that come to mind are DG 501 and Optimum Car Wax

Is the look , finish, and durability of SSII similar to that of Collinite 845, and if so, which one would you recommend over the other. I value your input on this question.
 
Chemical Guys XXX Wax; most un-talked about of all chem guys stuff, but for the price, it looks awesome, and lasts longer than most waxes in the price range (referring to natty's, with the exclusion of FK1000P and everything Collinite)

I could swear I read somewhere that people were very dissappointed with the product going bad...and I believe the same with 50/50. I'll see if I can find it.

Glad you mentioned SSII wax. I have some and love it. It often gets overlooked for their souveran paste wax. One other one for me would be duragloss 901. I hear lots about duragloss products but not much about 901. I have it and love it. Also I forgot to mention that slick mist smells like bubble gum. It actually isn't to bad. Great stuff guys keep it coming.

Woah really? Never expected something like that in a nuba :confused: man that really does suck then! Especially for their 5050, which has gotten tons of amazing reviews haha (not really talked about that much either here!)

I am not sure if I would say Collinite is underrated on this forum. If anything, anytime someone starts a thread about sealant or wax, Collonite is amont the first ones to be mentioned as being durable.

I had not even heard about Four Star Ultimate Paint Protection until this post.. Hahah!

Mothers - agreed. I have used their clay, showtime detailer, and compound so far, and liked all 3. They rarely get the love.
 
I'll add ONR at QD strength as a very underrated product. Really, it is *that* good!
