I wouldn't use Back-to-Black (either aerosol or liquid) on tires.
It won't hurt anything, but there are better choices for tires.
The aerosol is great on grills - so many are honeycomb with small, intricate openings. And the cowling at the base of the windshield is another area where it really shines (pun intended).
But, if it's use it on tires or throw it away, have at it.
