A quick review here.

ARO has been my tire cleaner for some time until today!

I was in my local Advance this morning and they had select mothers products on sale and the Foaming wheel and tire was one of them,so for $4.99 I thought I would give this a shot.

My work truck was looking a little rough so a good candidate for this test.

I srayed aro as directed on the first tire, let dwell ,agitated then rinsed.cleaned well,at least I thought so.

Tire #2 Mothers foaming cleaner was apllied as directed. The second the foam hit the tire it turned brown,I finished spraying the let dwell ,agitated(I don't think I needed to but did it anyways) then rinsed. I was very impressed on it's cleaning ability.

I went back to tire #1 and hit with the Mothers product and it removed MORE grime than ARO did the first time.

Pros:Cheap,awsome results!
Cons:None

This my new go to Tire cleaner period!

Highy recommend giving it a try.

Side note: I just called a friend at Advance and ordered a case of this stuff at the sale price.

Thanks for reading and sorry guys I didn't take any pics.

Agreed, this is a good performing product at a reasonable price. I keep a few other wheel cleaners around such as P21S Gel and Sonax FE, but they are cost prohibitive to use on standard production wheels. Mother's AW&TC fills in the gap nicely and it is an added plus that it can be used on tires to great effect.

One word of warning though, the name of this product ("Allwheel") is somewhat misleading as the product description cautions against the use on polished or roughcast aluminum, billet or anodized wheels. Mothers seems to have addressed this by modifying the name to 'Foaming Wheel & Tire Cleaner' and added aluminum and chrome wheel cleaners to their lineup, though the revised branding does not seem to have trickled through to all distributors yet.

Not sure if you saw, but AG sells this product in gallons for $30 which may be more cost effective than buying the ready to use size in cases:

Mothers Wheel Mist All Wheel Cleaner, chrome wheel cleaner, aluminum wheel cleaner, Mothers wheel cleaner

Devo I did forget to mention about the warnings for some types of wheels......thanks for the clarification and for the gallon link I just overlooked it.

Ever since Jim at Mothers sent me some of this to try I have not used anything else. It is an EXCELLENT tire cleaner. By far my favorite. Mothers makes many excellent underrated products IMO.

Its my fav now hands down this stuff works and works great!

It is a really nice cleaner. I used it side by side with Optimum Power Clean and they were equal in terms of cleaning.

Will it remove the wax (Colinite 845) on a painted alum wheel?
