I detailed out my 2015 Rogue today, it was long over due.

I used Mother's FX Wheel and Tire Cleaner to clean the wheels and tires along with imho the best wheel brush ever made, The 3" Wheel Woolie.

The FX Cleaner may not turn colors but is sure is effective. I also like that is doesn't have any heavy chemical smells. My wheels hadn't been cleaned in a while and had the Thanksgiving 1,300 mile road trip on them too.

It foams up very well and gives you a good dwell time before running off which s key in my opinion to a good wheel cleaner. Bonus is it cleans your tires too.

FX doing it's job:

The Wheel Woolie is outstanding, I haven't used my Speedmaster brush since getting the WW.

It just plain out performs any other brush. It makes it really easy to get deep into the wheel barrels.

Nice and clean now.

So :dblthumb2: for Mothers FX and Wheel Woolies

I just got the Wheel Woolie set for Christmas and an dying to use them. This just reassures me I'm in for a great experience with them tomorrow

You will love them. Rinse em really well when done using them with your nozzle, squeeze it dry and then shake it a few times and you're good to go.

Thank you. What I love about the Wheel Woolie is it's fastttt and effective. It gets in all the nooks and crannies. In my experience I cannot say the same for Speedmasters bristles. I would always find I missed spots. The WW are pricey but after I finally broke down and got them on a sale I was kicking myself for waiting so long.

I agree. The WW are awesome. I bought the set of WW's and haven't used anything else since.

I reach for the speedmasters most than the woolies since one speedmaster works in most areas of the wheel. I always have to use multiple size woolies when working in tight wheels and caliper areas. I do think the ww can clean better but then they need angled handles to get more leverage.

I agree Al. For my Dodge Ram I alway seem to reach for my Speed Master or the WW. The Speed Master makes cleaning the inner barrels much easier. I feel I get more coverage and can agitate more with the Speed Master as well.

Great review and I remember trying this product out a year ago and was really impressed with how well it cleaned, especially the tires! Combined with the wheel woolies and you've got a great combo👍

Love wheel woolies. Ive been looking for a cleaner like this. I was going to give p21d gel a shot but this looks promising too. Thanks for sharing.

I really like it, even more so because I bought it on bogo last spring and stocked up. And it doesn't smell like skunks, or dudu, whatever that nasty stinky smell is that some of the more expensive wheel cleaners smell like. :dblthumb2:

Nice review buddy!

Thanks Si.

For cleaning the barrel, Wheel Woolies (mostly the middle one) and then one of the Daytona brushes afterwards to mop anything missed and provide a little better behind the spoke cleaning.
