Mothers: Launches M Tech line...

It's possible that it removed colintie, but I myself have never used it on top of another wax.

I have used the synthetic wax and it does bead and sheet well.

Some beading shots borrowed from this thread of California Gold Syn Wax which is basically M Tech Syn Wax. Looks pretty good to me based on these photos and you should be seeing similar results.

Yeah, my syn wax isn't doing that. I'm doing my grandmother's car tomorrow so I'll try it again and try and find out where I went wrong on my car.

Here is the price break down

Synthetic wax - $6.49
Detailer - $6.99
Spray Wax - $7.99
Tire Shine - $6.49

Great deal if they work well, worth trying IMO

I'm not a big Mother's fan but for the price for the M line is great, if it doesn't work well I'll just put it on the shelf with the others that collect dust.

I know it is a cleaner wax but does anyone know how much of the previous product it removes? I mean no one knows really, and there is no way to measure that really!

There isn't any way I'm aware of to measure product removal.

But, common sense says using a product containing cleaners; and the mechanical motion of applying and removing it, will remove some of the previously applied product.

Hey!!! Those sure do look familiar!!! Im the MAN

Thanks for posting these on the other site . How's the synthetic wax holding up?
Hard to tell, I've been keeping her hiding out in the garage. She's only seen sunny days since her last wash and detail spray wipe down. :coolgleam:

I just picked up the Instant Detailer, the tire shine and the Spray Wax out of curiosity. I have been using Meguiar's products exclusively for quite some time now, and thought I'd try something new.
The Instant Detailer works great and smells like the candy Red Hots.
The spray wax works good, but not as good as Meguiar's Gold Class Spray Wax (just my opinion)
The tire shine works well, not sure how long it lasts as I just applied it.
AutoZone offered $1 off of each, so I had to try them.
Overall, not bad. I like the Instant Detailer a lot.

They are definitely worth the price. I've used many of them myself. You should see about 2-3 weeks with the tire shine.
