Today was another gorgeous New England winter day with lots of sun and 42 degrees...almost t-shirt weather!! :props:

One of my Christmas products has been itching to be tested and today was the day for it.

Product: Mothers Reflections Tire Care
Type: Spray
Size: 24oz
Price: $7.99

I thoroughly washed my wheels with P21S Wheel Cleaner and the tires with Meguiar's Super Degreaser diluted 4:1.

A few shots of a clean but very dull and lifeless tire and wheel.

Mothers Reflections Tire Care sprays on looking milky but one thing I was impressed with was the sprayer and spray pattern. This product covers easily and and its scent is pleasant on the nose.

After allowing the product to sit for a few minutes I wiped the excess product and which evened out the look if the tire leaving a deep rich satin black. Mothers Reflections Tire Care was very easy to use and is reportedly to keep your tires looking great for "weeks and weeks"...

  • Cost to the consumer is attractively priced at $7.99
  • Can be purchased online or locally at many stores.
Mothers offers a fine line of reasonably priced detailing products that produce outstanding results. For some reason it doesn't receive the attention and notoriety as some of the "boutique" products offered at 5 times the price but it's results always tell the tale...

You owe it to yourself to try this product, you won't be disappointed....:props:

Very good Bobby, looks nice and clean not to shiney. What did you wipe it down with, MF or foam pad?

I like this product. It has the look that I prefer, satin and non-greasy. As far as it's durability well not exactly 2 weeks. I built it up putting 2 to 3 coats on in one morning. That lasted, I will say a good week. A good week of great appearence then it starts drying up. I never let my wheels get too dirty, I keep them dusted off, so I really couldn't comment on how well it repels and protects. It does bead water for several weeks but the deep color and slight sheen fades although it is easy to bring it back with another application. I'm thinking after I use this awhile it might keep it's satin finish longer. Bottom line for me is I will continue using this, I really like the look and I'm OK with the durability and the price can not be beat. If you like the deep color low gloss look you would probably be happy with this product.

Thanks Rich!

I used a terrycloth towel to wipe the excess and even everything out...:props:

Super. We hit 50* today, was out cutting brush in a tee shirt. :)

Great review Bobby! I need a good spray dressing for larger tires and this my friend looks like a winner. Now to find a bottle...

You should have let me known..I could have included a sample.

looks like another Mother's product flying under the radar...thanks Bobby for your time on this product!

Mothers advertise very little. mainly word of mouth and like you just did.

Thanks for the review BobbyG, when in doubt ,I always look for your posts and or threads.

Your tire looks great BobbyG! Did you do the other 3?

I agree to that Mothers products are way under appreciated in the online detailing community. I've never had any of their products leave me with a disappointed feeeling. Ppl are really missing out on a great product line IMO

P.S. Forrest, I need a new t-shirt :)

That tire dressing is not only easy to apply and great looking, it is very durable as well. Some of the initial sheen is lost in a wash or 2, but the tire remains really black for a long time.
