Moving to a new arena and need help

Hello everyone!

i currently run a mobile detail business in the myrtle beach area. It's a part time job for me. Well with getting a new full time job I will be moving back to Michigan.. Looking for help and some inside on pricing and also what permits and licensing I will have to get to start running in Michigan! Thanks again for any help with this!!
