MTM Hydro adjustment knob

Hello,
The top adjustment knob on my mtm hydro has recently stopped turning smoothly and almost pops when being turned. Since this happened i cant change the amount of foam or water being used. I am not sure how to take it apart or how ti fix this any advice would be helpfull
