Music!

Todays country is like rock (at least in my mind) so I do listen to it in fact the radio in my kitchen is on a country station.Nothing wrong with hip-hop or rap just not a fan.My introduction to music was from my older Brother who is 10years older than me. He does not like country! But he is a muscian and very good.Every time that Rush puts out a new cd that is my christmas present from him!

I'll listen to "classic rock" in the truck or on the shop radio, since it's either that, country or hip hop on the local FM radio market. Sirius/XM channel 33 "First Wave" is where it's stuck most of the time when I'm in my sat-equipped vehicle.

I recently found an 80's alternative discussion and music sharing group online, and was shocked to see a bunch of punks and wavers that look like our parents. :wow:

Dang man A lot of those bands are bands I grew up with! How old are you?
 
I just turn on Pandora and let it go, so I get some of everything. I tend to like house beats, it gets me in a rhythm, so I have a pandora station based on things like Fat Boy Slim.
 
I have over 18000 songs. I love everything. My favorite is all types of metal. However I like rock, jazz, rap, hip hop, 80's, hair bands, classical, country, Latin, etc. If it's music, I like it.

I had not brought my IPOD on a job for nearly 6 months..... finally after seeing my guys jam everyday with their Ipods - I decided to actually bring mine. Never put the headphones in..... washed my shorts later that night - and wala *washed IPOD* LOL..... that sucked, so no music unfortunately
