Mustang nut from Central Texas checking in

Re: Mustang nut form Central Texas checking in

That's a nice clean swap man. No need to remove that 4v cobra motor in the notch for a coyote motor. I would procharge it and call it a day. My friend tommy and his notch, he just did a 2003 cobra motor swap in it, and it goes 10's all day with a baby pulley. The car on the street is so violent, you think the car has 600rwhp+ in that light body of his, but only makes 470rwhp

So what exactly is sumpthin sumpthin??
3.0" pulley, tune, intake and exhaust bolt ons. Bunch of suspension work. Definitely not the fastest Cobra around my parts, but she holds her own. Damn convertable's are heavy. It sit in storage now, I have a kid on the way... the Cobra is on hold for a while

I bet she does hold her own! I've never had occasion to own a vert, but I have enjoyed riding in a few on a nice afternoon. Congrats on the little one! Your first?

Thanks! It was odd going from a boosted 2V to a v6 but its all good. I have been eying the coyotes with a grim eye as of late but not sure when I am gonna pull the trigger honestly. So I will just continue to live vicariously through everyone on my mustang forum lol

I'm in Hutto which is north and east of Austin right off the 130 tollway. If you wanna come down sometime and see what I'm using and chat just let me know!
