I'm sure that the owner of that Mustang is very happy with your work and the fact that you transformed that horrible paint job into a work of art.
As the owner of a 2002 Mustang myself I also did a lot of paint correction and oxidation removal when I bought my car from a used car dealer in 2008. In fact, after I worked on it for a few weeks and came back to pick up my permanent tags he didn't recognize the car as the one he sold to me!
Nevertheless I did have it repainted and had some bodywork issues taken care of in 2010. I used a Maaco who did a super job with my car. It was a factory OEM clear coat paint job and it looks brand new. It was about 3 shades darker than when I had purchased the car but then I was looking at 8 years of paint fading.
The photos are a wonderful before and after testament to your patience and skills. You can be very proud of this amazing transformation.
