My audio install + other stuff

ALL HAIL THE MEMPHIS BIG BELLE! :dblthumb2:
5 Channels of Hybrid power never looked so good.

Thanks! :D She is definitely a brute. I have my RSdC's wired down to 1ohm to tap into that 1,100 watts RMS! I wish it was in a spot where it could be displayed because it is a beauty. Im thinking of cleaning it and then opti-coating.

For what I used:
Sub amp: Crescendo BC3500 with some dual 0 gauge inputs
Subs: 2 Crossfire XS-SPL 12s
Head unit: Kenwood KDC-X696
4 Channel: Crossfire BMF600.4
Front speakers: Crossfire c5x6 (6.5" component set)
Rear Speakers: Crossfire c5-402 some 4" 2 way speakers
Alternator: DC power 270XP
Volt meter: Blue Stinger one. Nothing special
All the 12v wiring is 0 gauge welding cable.
Subwoofer wire is KnuKonceptz Kolossus 8 gauge
Speaker wire is 14ga twisted. Don't remember the brand

Why no capacitor? Or is this a class regulation?

Why no capacitor? Or is this a class regulation?

Good question!

I am allowed up to a 10 farad capacitor in my class, but it doesn't make any measurable difference in my application, so I didn't see the point.

9 times out of 10, I suggest people don't run capacitors simply because most try and use them to make up for an inadequate electrical supply, which was not the design intention.

Plus in terms of cost/performance ratio, a small battery next to the amp usually yields much better results than a cap :)

Projector retrofit is done too

My 'plastic' glue made the shrouds a bit cloudy though :(
