After a wash, and during my normal routine of drying my car, I noticed my boxer getting too close my my sidekick as I was blow drying my wheels and tires. He was giving it the look of "I want to eat you". I quickly turned the nozzle towards him to scare him away but he did the opposite. Well, I'll just show you the vid.

LOL. My dog is the same damn way. She only hates it when I pull the foam cannon out.

I also love boxers. They are great dogs and really great with kids. We have 2 boxers and consider them our kids. :)

This particular boxer my wife found living in her job site living in their bushes. He was starved and weak. You could tell he was brutalized by his previous owners. We took him in our home and cared for him. Not sure why some people abuse animals. We are very grateful for finding him when we did because I don't think he would have made it another day in the streets.

Really great of you to do this.

My best dogs have been rescues. It just seems that they know that you must really care about them and they return the feeling tenfold.

Thanks everyone. This dog is so damn smart too. A little too smart for his own good. He takes out the garbage in the kitchen piece by piece until he finds the wrapper he wants. Then he puts the trash back in the can carefully and goes outside to play and bury the wrapper afterwards.

You need to get that on camera. I would love to see that.

Dude, this is a cool video. Thank you for sharing! When my brothers and I were young my Grandma's neighbor had a Boxer. When he would come out we were scared of him because we thought he wanted to eat us. Turns out he was like most Boxers and just wanted to play. Since that time I have always loved the breed.

I believe also as mentioned... rescued animals seem to show more affection as if they are so thankful that someone saved them. As soon as I moved out on my own and bought my house I knew I wanted a dog. We had a Schnauzer mix breed when I was younger and she was an awesome dog so I knew I wanted a Schnauzer. I went to the local shelter and put my name on the list for one. A couple of months later I got a phone call from the shelter letting me know they had a dog I might be interested in. I went first thing the following morning to see him. Man he was in rough shape but I could certainly see beyond that as he just wanted some love. I took him home and he was my boy for about 6 years. All of a sudden he had back problems and became paralyzed from the neck back so I had to put him down. I've been through some rough times in life medically. I have Cystic Fibrosis which affected my lungs severely. I was very fortunate however to have a new set of lungs installed which literally saved my life. I said that just to say that putting my dog down was the hardest thing I ever had to do. That was ROUGH!

Today my wife and I have 3 Schnauzers that are all rescues from the Schnauzer Rescue of Louisiana. They are our kids and I am happy that we could give them the life they deserve. :righton:
