The 2015 Acura TLX just started showing up here in Georgia yesterday and truly hit the dealer floors today. I went this morning to look and sure enough I drove one home! One of the first to take delivery in Georgia and first at that Acura dealership. I had wanted a TSX or TL for the longest time and finally with the merger of the two I figured it was a perfect time to get a new car. My Honda Prelude, which I did not trade in, I have had since brand new in 2001 and have babied it for over these 13+ years. It feels so good to have a brand new car which I am sure a lot of you know. It has ever options I could ever want and love the color! :dblthumb2:

(crappy cell phone pics in an even worse location... better pics to come soon)

Sweet!

Congrats on the new ride :dblthumb2:

Congrats! I think everyone would agree that we need to see more pictures!

Congrats on the new ride! I was also debating if I should wait and pickup the new TLX also but there was a good deal on a TSX so I picked it up anyways. Once I check out the new TLX in person maybe I'll trade it in but who knows. Anyways. Enjoy the new TLX! And yes more pics of the interior.

Congratulations on the new ride it is one good looking car and at least your prelude will have a new family member...enjoy and happy detailing

that's one sweet ride, and awesome color to boot. congrats!

btw, acura should get rid of the front chrome piece and just make it all mesh black with the acura logo in the middle, it would look a lot better...

The car looks nice but Honda is really screwing the pooch in the creativity department, whether it be design or engines. The TLX has ILX tails with TL heads? Mercedes cross platforms their rides but the end result a masterpiece. Acura is off base with this in my opinion. It was a lazy mashup of the rear end of one car and the front end of the other. Nothing unique.

Congrats! I hear they are very nice :-)

rms64, apthai86, jamesboyy, CDot, Sicoupe - Thank you all!!!

julius071 - I LOVE the TSX! Truly it was gonna be there for the longest time but decided to wait it out! Thank you and congrats on your ride as well!!

VISITOR - Thank you! I agree the grill is a little busy but I do like it. Hah. I am sure the aftermarket will be big with this car.

A2D Signature - I appreciate your comment. This car, along with all of Acura's lineup, are a beautiful design to me. About the tail lights... they may look similar but are a totally different designs... I see no resemblance between the two cars besides the "A" badge. In my option.

Hopefully see better weather tomorrow so I can get out the camera and get some good pictures. The dash/interior at night is INSANE! Im the MAN

Congrats! Just saw this car for the first time online yesterday. Is it the 4 or 6 cylinder. I would love the 6 cylinder for power but I'm to cheap and would go with the 4 just for mpg. Envious!

Congrats. I really like these.

Graphite Luster Metallic? SH-AWD?

Congratulations!!! The new "TL" is a great improvement over the 4th Gen. If only they would make a Type S version like the 3rd Gen.

Nice! I've had 4 of the last 5 gens of Accords. Would really like to jump to Acura in the near future. The shift selector is very cool on the upper end models like yours...did it take a little getting used to?

The only downside IMO is the McPherson struts. The moved to these in the 9th gen Accords, but thought/hoped they might keep the double wishbone on the TLX.

Enjoy! Bet you can't wait to get a good detail on it!

What a great car! Love the color and layout. However, there is one problem I can see right away - the salesman is all smiles. TOO big a smile in fact. I fear he might have gotten the best of you!!

Congrats on the new ride. My moms had her 03 TL Type S since it was new and has the factory brakes on it at just under 70k. It's an awesome car to drive and does pretty good on gas. You should be happy with it for a very long time!

Congrats on the new car!

I saw the prototype at the Detroit Auto Show and really liked it. I considered waiting for it before I bought my S4 but I'm too impatient.

Enjoy many miles of trouble free fun with it.

Congratulations on your new ride!! That's an amazing vehicle! I'm a big Honda fan myself.

I didn't know that they came out with the TLX. Looks good!
