My drag car S10 Pictures included!! Finally!

Hey guys finally got around to figuring out how to post some pictures! Anywho here is my s10 and 1 pic of my dads bel air 56 straight axle.
My s10 has a 406 Small Block Chevy solid roller, currie 9 inch, 350 trans line lock, Setup for 150 shot nos, caltrac setup,
car has ran in new york at the track and went a 10.80 on motor quarter mile and beat a mustang that went 10.20 in a street race on nos.
I will try to get around taking more current photos as i have done a detail on the car and looks alot better. Thanks guys! Let me know what you think!

Diggin' the squat the truck has in the action picture! Can't wait to see more pictures of the 56 . . . both look very sharp indeed! Thanks for sharing.

Oh my, that looks killer. I thought your body style was dated and boring in the late 90's early 2000's. Now it looks awesome again. You should get some slightly wider than stock rear tires and put on OEM looking steal wheels. You would piss off 99.999% of the people that would try a take you off the line. That is a sleeper meets classy restoration. Congrats on such a cool truck.

Thanks man! I will try to get more pictures sometime when i detail my dads 56 again. As i'm the only one that lays hands on it as far as detailing goes. People around here are to harsh on cars wearing jeans and using terry cloth towels lol.

Thanks Dude, i was thinking possibly going with a 28.10.5 with maybe like a billet specialty wheel or something else in the future. For now thought im enjoying just cruising it around town and surprising most cars that think they can beat me.
 
Love the S10's and what you can do with them...owned an '88 myself......
 
Clean build. I have a couple buddies in process on s10 LS builds.

Please do tell!! I do know the new Camaro is lighter, handles better, and has more horsepower than the Mustang 5.0. I will always be a Mustang guy....now Ford needs to send Chevy their salvo! Either way your Camaro Rocks!!! BTW, Manual or Auto....if it's Manual then it also takes talent too!

Thanks, yeah it's preety cool what you can with them. You find some preety clean stock ones to build from.

Thanks mike! It's my dads and it's actually a 56 bel air, he wanted to get a 55 though but hard to find with a straight axle.

Yeah when i was looking to buy one i found a few that had a couple ls swaps but weren't what i was looking for.

9's would be awesome and totally think it's capable with a few adjustments. Also it's brolly from drag ball z last few episodes. Didn't really know what to choose for a avatar lol.
