Im so excited... i just ordered my first shipment from autogeek. I hate waiting for mail but i figured i step out of my chemical guys comfort zone and try more new stuff

I thought it was free shipping. Yeah, you're right. $10 is a lot for an extra sample and back-up CD and e-book.

OMG customer service with AUTOGEEK is bar none the best that I have encountered. I called and mentioned that I forgot to put the book and dvd in the order and the nice lady said that they usually put them in regardless of request and she made a note and said I i dont receive it with my order they will ship it to me free!!!
 
You know you can track it on a package tracking site by copying your tracking number in and it will give you an idea
 
Am I missing something...one free sample per order??
