Hey everyone, i'd like to show some pictures of my first ever "correction" of the hood on my Subaru. To note, the only guidance i've had here were Mike Phillips' videos. No physical guidance so i'm quite happy with the results. :)

Tools used:
Brinkman Dual Xenon
3rd Gen Griots DA
Uber Orange Pad - Meg's M105
Uber Green Pad - Meg's M205
Uber Black Pad - CG Blacklight
By hand, Pinnacle Souveran Liquid Wax

We'll start with a couple before pictures.

Now to the after goodness. These are from the next day since I wanted my girlfriend's camera (10x better than mine). So since i'm in PA and we were having crappy weather, there was a bunch of little dirt streaks that showed up. Just look through them. :)

In this next picture, if you check through the bigger water bead, you'll see the pearl flake right through it. :)

Hope you guys enjoy the pictures! :xyxthumbs:

Great Job! Lets see some full car pictures! :dblthumb2:

Nice work! That's a lot of steps. Did you do the M105/M205/BL on the entire car? How long did that process take you?

Keep up the good work! Practise makes perfect. Glad to see you post your very first project.

It wasnt long ago that you first introduced yourself a few weeks back. Your learning quick, good job!

Nice job. It's very rewarding to learn it and apply with success. Mikes videos are so informative

each one is like a personal lesson. I remember my first correction. Soooo crystal perfect!! Until I

went to get gas one morning and under the fluorescent lights not so good. But I'm getting better.

Marc08EX, only on the hood. I used these 3 steps basically to test each product only. I wanted to see how easy/hard the Blacklight applied and wiped off. It sure passed the test i'll say that much. :)

CM8 6MT, thank you sir! I do learn quick because with things I love, I focus a LOT of time into them. When I used to bowl, back when I was 13, I put about an entire summer into learning everything possible about bowling. No word of lie and i'm not completely anti-social or anything. :D

hoyt66, thank you also sir! You'll get it down good soon enough!

Really nice work especially for your first correction. Meg twins are super I use them a lot. Like you I just recently tried BL & V07 also pretty slick products easy on and off as they say. Also their CG waterless wash is impressive.

I freaked when you said 1.5 hours then read it was the hood only. It sure looks good in those pictures! Good luck with the rest of the car.

Nice job indeed! CG blacklight is easy to use stuff with the V07 topper.
