My Griot's Garage Boss G15 is already dead!

Will try to find time to look into it in a few days. Right now I am baging out contract after contract working 10-14 hour days. So I don't have the time to try to fix this. Lot of rain on the forecast next week, hopefully I willl get a few days off.

I had this exact same issue this past Sunday. I was polishing out a customer’s car and everything was fine one minute then I pick up my BOSS 21 and nothin. So out came my Rupes MKII to finish the job. Today I pull brushes out and put them back in and it’s like nothing was ever wrong.
 
I ended needing correcting cream instead of fast correcting used in one panel. They swapped out with a smile.

I had issues where I thought I burnt through the clear (newbie). Most forum members said it was DA haze. Tried their recommendations to clear to no avail. Went to Griots company store and the figured it out no question asked pull it in the garage we’ll take a look. Great company.
