Don car looks great like glass
Thanks! Like I mentioned in the video, this car DOES NOT see much love at all. Until last year, I was the only one to even wash it, let alone detail it, ever since she's had it. I THINK, last year one of my nephews tried his hand at detailing, but I don't think that panned out for him, because I've never heard anything more about it. She DID admit when I dropped it off, to using a tunnel wash or two, one WITH brushes :wowwow: and one without. So I told her that if she WAS going to use a tunnel wash, use the one that DOESN'T HAVE BRUSHES, because the brush one will ruin her paint. FORTUNATELY, I didn't find any damage to her car from its experiences.
IMO, this was the best outcome of any detail I've done to this car to date. The only differences this time, was using the Lake Country 'smart pads' (orange/light cutting) and the Turtle Wax, One and Done Compound. I bought the compound last year, but didn't get to use it until two weeks ago, on my wife's Escape. I was impressed with it then, now after using it on the MIL's car, it cements it. It DOESN'T gum up or dry out and powder, it just keeps going. And you can SEE how it finishes out in the video.
