It's my fault, I always bent the cord guard and now I need to tape it so the cord guard stay bent all the time so my makita can work..

Can I just remove the cord guard and redo the connection or I should bring it to a makita center and have it repaired?

Thanks!

yep I've had to do this about 3 times in the 5+ years that I've had. Not really that hard to do just takes a screw driver and a wire stripper.

I've replaced countless cords on power equipment. It's usually very easy. Just make sure to unplug it first.
:):bolt:

Alright thanks for the info! I will have to check what is the problem.

It's fixed. One of my wire where complety cut in half but all the rubber were intact. It's fix now!
