Hopefully I'll have this one ready for next spring!!

Very nice Dr! Wish I was up north would love to help on that one!

Very cool...

Looks like dull, oxidized single stage paint?

I'm confident no matter what the paint type, you'll turn it into a glistening gemstone...

Have fun!
:dblthumb2:

You forgot to add DIRTY(about a quarter inch of dust) I will be bringing some life back to the paint till body work is done over the winter. Hopefully I'll remember to post some of the wonders of Megs No7 and the rest of the process in this thread. Car has been sitting 10 years.

Nice :props:
Rocket 350?
Yea! Love the Olds engines! All OAI componets fully intact!

Gonna get this one running and drive it around for a bit, then Mr Mondello will be doing an engine for this and then to the body shop! Finnally some show and track! Next spring is my goal!

I'm very very excited about this!

Is that a true Rallye 350?? I always had a soft spot for these and SX Supremes! Cool ride!!!!

Beautiful ride! I've always been a fan of the Olds cutlass, 442, etc. Beautiful cars and certainly on my wish list of toys!

Looks pretty solid, I'm sure it will look brand spank-me new in no time!

Looks like alot of fun!

Where did you find it? Was it hiding in a barn? Its amazing how many stories you here of guys finding these gems hidden away in an old barn.

NICE! Reminds me of one of those models I built when I was a kid. Officially jealous my friend :dblthumb2:.

Tough to tell if it's really true. All signs says yes... But no build sheet under carpeting. They can be cloned but this one still has the urethane Bumpers which is a great sign and everything else matches. It's a post coupe. Gonna make it a fun car anyways.

:iagree:

Absolutely!! Any Cutlass is a good Cutlass..imo :dblthumb2:

Jim,

That's quite a nice project to get in to. Is that a 1971?

Sweet! :dblthumb2:

The Olds in that vintage are some of my favorite cars.

Got a chance to do some paint correction. Two days of multi-No7 "nourishing" followed by 105 on orange with rotary and finished with OPT Spray Polish with rotary and a grey pad. I am really loving the OPT spray polish!
