wash*clay*QD* OPT AIO ( didnt do anythin with PC with edge green pad at 5sp ).

Try meg 83 with edge green 2 passes ( no results ).

Meg 105 with edge yellow pad with PC, 2 passes ( still saw some deep swirls )

went to Makita with Orange pad and now we're talking.

finish with Meg 205 with PC edge blue pad.

did the whole car from 3pm-9pm.

I will have more picture tomorrow....BTW its a 2000 Audi A6 biege.

the passes with PC didn't work, maybe because it wasnt rotating, cuz after I use mike's tip on marking them, and using the KB method after, i got same results as the makita with orange pad, so I did the whole other side the car with PC, easier on my back.

Keeping the PC rotating is definitely important. With the XP on speed 6, I have no problem applying quite a bit of pressure to CCS 6.5" pads and keeping it rotating.

I did recently use the Hydro pads in 5.5" with the 105/205 and liked that combo a lot.

Audi looks great. That first after is intensely clear!

Thanks!! I got 1 of each hydro pad coming. This weekend I will be detailing a mazda miata, can't wait to try the hydro pads, I also have 3m utlrafina, but I didn't use it on the Audi to finish because I'm not so experienced with rotary just yet.
