Hey Mike I'm pretty new to rinseless washing and wonder why you use the wash and wax to pre soak and then wash with D114. I would think you would want to use D115 last.
D115 can be used any way you want. Waterless, Rinseless, QD, etc depending on how it is mixed. With D114, you are pretty much limited to using just as a rinseless. Unless you want to mix up an inspection agent as it is pretty potent and will strip wax and sealant.
I pre soak the panel with D115 as that is what I use for waterless washes and an overboard QD. Here it is mixed and ready to use.
If you are worried about protection after this method is complete perform a spray wax application with D156.
