Marring, spider webbing or halo-scratches these are micro fine surface abrasions that have a circular appearance, that's the way they appear under a bright light . These so called ‘swirls’ are actually random linier surface scratches, they appear to be circular because the light is concentrated on a specific point and reflected from the raised edge of the scratches giving them a halo effect
Right, i am a ware of this. But i dont see how particals in the air would cause linear scratches ...even if the car is moving at high speed, the particals would simply embed them selfs or bounce off.
