I checked my package. It weighed 16 lbs and there is a detail bag inside. Since it is my Xmas present I didn't dig too much further.

I got mine today and it's the same as the picture above - no bad and NOT worth the money!!!
Like others have said, BOAT WAX?!?

On a positive note, I did finally receive the new Blackfire logo banner - it took 3 times to get the right one. The first 2 times they sent the old logo!

I sent an email through the customer service link on autogeek. Had a reply within an hour or so.

I hope they come through for me, they have messed up 4 orders in the last few months with me. I'm getting dangerously close to just finding someplace else to make my purchases.

I hope this is what I receive too. I just got an email reply and they said "a few mystery boxes went out without the detailers bag. We will correct this immediately"
The detailers bag still won't bring it to the value they promised.

THe detailer bag is $50, the wash mitt is $10 and 4 more towels hits $198 exactly.

Yes, I meant if they send me ONLY the bag, it won't reach the promised value. Their email to me made it sound like they were only sending a bag.
