Mytee lite 8070 problems

My Mytee lite 8070 is a 2012 model.The solution pump was working last week and all of a sudden it wont spray.The pump is running all the time.It use to prime for about 5 seconds.To make a long story short.I purchased a new pump and thought that would take care of the problem.Nothing changed.I also cleared all lines with compressed air.Any tips would be very helpful.

I always have problems with the tip clogging, other than that I run distilled white vinegar through it once and a while.
