Mytee Lite Disappintment

Wanted to warn my fellow Detailers about the terrible service policies you can expect when you have an issue with Mytee Products, Inc. We work very hard for our money so expect some level of service when we have an issue. I saved and bought the new unit and used it once. The second time the pump wouldn't start. After going through their diagnostics I determined the pump was bad. Given the unit was brand new I expectd them to send me a replacement. Instead I was told to send them the unit back for service at my expense ($68 shipping). I asked if they could simply ship me a new pump (~$75 item max) and they said no. To make matters worse I am on the hook for return shipping. So back to scrubbing carpets by hand while I wait for who knows how long. I told them to expect a new social media post for every car I have to do by hand waiting.
 
What does their warranty state re: parts and labor? What company did you buy the equipment through?

Just curious as I sell Karcher's industrial line of auto scrubbers, carpet extractors and vacuums.
