Mytee Lite II 8070 Upgraded

I've been undecided on an extractor for some time. I do like the Mite Lite II. How difficult would it be to cut a window on top of the vacume head and install clear plexiglas glass over it so you could see the solution being extracted?

Start the window about half an inch from the edge so as to keep its strength. High temp glue and screws at the corners should do the trick.
 
I love mine I got mine form detailking for 650 with the 3 stage motor but how can I make sure it is that one?
 
Do Mytee and Aztec have reps who frequent forums like Auto Geek etc? Seems like it would be an EXTREMELY wise marketing and service move for them to reach out and be present. I spoke with the owner of Aztec earlier this year, he seemed nice and passionate about his product - at the time, I just couldn't pull the trigger on one vs the other...
 
I recently bought a mytee lite 2 and I have to say that it is an incredible piece of equipment. I have a few dealerships that I get work from. Mostly really bad interiors. This little extractor does an amazing job, as good as one of my larger units. The only problem that I've had is a pump switch and the pressure line that comes out of the bottom melted the bottom case a little and warped it. Mytee promptly sent new the parts to repair these issues and its been going ever since. I'm going to order another for my other mobile unit.

I sent a email to mytee with my serial number.They said i have the old version with the 2 stage vac new model has a 3 stage vac.good news is old version can be upgraded with the new 3stage vac.Waiting on reply about possible cost to upgrade and what protocol is to so.I will post response here my unit was purchased 2/12.

Detail King's stock was already onto the latest version by Feb. this year.Just to confirm though, I emailed Mytee with the Serial # and they said it was the 3 stage motor.
