How often should i stop and rinse off my nano skkind sponge when decontaminating a car lets say a 4 door civic after every panel ? Half the car ? The whole car ? And what would be sufficent cleaning of the sponge just a rinse ?

I rinse mine with water before and after each vehicle.

Personally i rinse mine after each panel. I have a small bucket the size of a paint can that i fill with water and dip it in to kinda flush it.
 
Thanks ! And how long can i use the same sponge ? 10 Cars ? 20 ? 50 ?

I use mine for 15 - 20 cars usually.

Working in my own cars, which in fact is the only thing I do, I would do it every panel.

Take your time and do it nice!
