what about insurance? Since I don't really go around advertising my work to people that don't know who I am already. Like Family, Gf, really close friends.
If done the work through them would you be covered by their insurance or would you still have to have your own insurance?
washing a friends car I don't really think to much about it since I do it once in a while. However, if someone asked me to do a 3 step or even wet sand a car then it would have to be someone THAT I really trust.
I actually got asked to wet sand and buff a repainted car by the owner. I just referred them to my uncles shop. I didn't want to get involved because lack of insurance. I thought about AGO and thought to myself that I would rather be safe than sorry.
You have to provide your own insurance and everything else needed, there simply doing your scheduling for you
