Need a sales manager

We are opening our second location in Rancho Santa Fe, CA and I was wondering if anyone had any good ideas on hiring good experienced people instead of the regular channels.

I think auto detailing specific forums and sites would be a good place to find someone you're looking for. Also, have you looked at posting it on any job search sites? The employment/unemployment commission office and or a place that fry's to hire military veterans seems like it would give you some good options/candidates.
