Need Advice

I took some pictures of a few scratches on the hood of my car, I had to position light and camera angle to show what I belive is clear coat surface defects. It is hard to see unless you look just right but as much of a perfectionist that I am it drives me bonkers.
I have a PC and green,orange,white and gray pads. I am purchasing Souveran paste kit but I need to know what other product will remove the defects and what pad to use.

Probably going to need multiple passes if you're using the PC. Start out with the least aggressive combo and work your way up. Just make sure you're polishing correctly and you wont screw anything up.

Im not sure whats included in the Souveran Paste kit, but youll probably want some aggressive polish like XMT 3+ or PB SSR 2.5.

Does your finger nail catch it when you rub across it?
