I know it's not the question, but why not ditch the flex and buy a PCXP? It's cheaper and does just as good of a job if not better than the flex, also the warranty is much better. IMO the flex is totally overrated especially for how much it costs. In my mind you only have 2 options, PC or rotary. With the money you save buying a PC you can buy a ton of pads to try out and see which you like best.
As far as your question goes the only LC pads I like are the hydrotech cyan and tangerine. They keep product on the face of the pad, have great cut, and both can finish down very well. Other than that uber pads from detailers domain (made by buff and shine) are all I use.
Oh and I forgot to mention, I'm not saying wolfgang is bad, but you should expand your horizons and try other products! There are so many great products out threre, both from AG and other retailers.
