Hello to all!

I have created my own little side detailing business (as some as you many know) and i am moving into a garage come the first of the new year!

I'm creating a group on facebook (sorta like a myspace community just not as crazy haha)...my thinking is that this will help me reach out to my friends, as well as an advertisement for my business (i live in an area were kids also drive expensive cars haha)...

Anyway, i have to come up with a description and this is what i have so far but i have caught a snag...so im looking for help from other creative detailers!

Thanks!

As of right now this is what i have...

Do you own and new or used car? Does your car have scratches, swirl marks, oxidation, stains, smells, or just caked on dirt? Looking to restore your used car to that showroom new look it once had or trying to keep your new car looking as if it just rolled off of the showroom floor?

Well then look no further then Road Runner Detailing, a professional detailing shop catering to south jersey residents!

What else can i put in here? (i though of saying something with the fact that i use only premium boutique products rather then the over the counter stuff)...but not sure...

Thanks for the help!

looks ok but most poeple dont really care what chemicals your using just as long as the car looks nice after.

if your looking to do a web page you can add before and after photos. what services you do. full detail and what that includeds also you can offer a /basic wash and wax/ interior detail / so on and so forth. with prices. you can add this is what your ultimate detail includeds- wash/ claying / full polish to remove inprfections in the paint and a premum wax for your car. interior includes vacume carpets shampood dash wiped down leather cleaned and dressed windows cleaned. things like this is all up to you . personly i would offer many differnet options.
ultimate detail / basic detail /wash and wax/interior only detail /prices starting at??? kind of like a menu for your customer. make it easy for them to read . some might just want a basic cleanup job. maybe a lease turn in. or some might want your ultimate detail .good luck

I tend to disagree with this. When you start charging you really need to justify your price somewhat before they ever see your work. After you complete the detail you detailing capabilities will be your justification but getting the customer in the door is the hard part. I like my customers to know that they can't just run down to Wally World and for less than $20 buy the stuff that will make their car look better than everyone elses. My products do this but it's not feasible for them to spend that much money on products they would only use a few times a year, so they come to me!

Take Souveran for example. If someone knows that they are getting a wax that costs about $80 for 8 oz. they are a lot less hesitant to pay your price for the detail. They have something concrete to sort of justify the expense. So I say yes let people know that you use premium boutique products.

i would say we use pro products . depends on what kind of custemer base your getting . most poeple around were i live pay 150 bucks for a whole detailand are happy with the car as long as it looks clean . but if your looking into doing a higher end details then yes explane what products you have and are useing .and explane the difference between you and 150 dollor detailers. for instinse they use mostly cheap silicon glazes that cover up swirls and give a quick shine intill it rains and all the swirls reapear in a few days . unlike your detail that removes them the right way .
