NEED HELP IN VA Beach!!

So, last night, someone decided to spray paint my sister and brother-in-law's vehicles, and she needs help getting the paint off. Is there anyone in the area that can help?

Reason I am asking, is that I am in Colorado, and in early May of this year, my bro-in-law was in a bad motorcycle accident, so she is tied up taking care of him, while also trying to handle this situation.

If there are any tips, or suggestions, or if anyone is local that can help her out, that would be great!

Get some paint reducer from the local friendly body shop. Use a towel w/some reducer and rub. Should come off...

Wow. That is disgusting. What in the hell is wrong with people??

Hopefully, someone near there will read this. If I were anywhere reasonably close, I'd do it for free.

Hope your brother in-law is doing well and getting better. This is the last thing they need. Smh.......
