Need help on waxes for my BMW!

Pete's 53 isn't bad. Although, I think I may like P21S a bitter better (blue cap). Although, if it was me I'd probably rather get a sample size or a trade of something a bit nicer. On a small car, I've got up to 10 applications of the Dodo panel pots.

If your planning to use it through the winter, and drive on snow or salt, I would get a sealant or Collinite 915.

You can order a sample size or get a free sample with an order of $95 or more. The sample should be enough to do two vehicles.

I'm stuck between DP max wax and Pete's 53. But I still have collinite 915 on my mind. So out of th dp and Pete's witch one is more protectant? Can I use the Petes on white cars to?

For $50 budget... i would go get Megs UW and GC Plus Carnauba and have money leftover for some air fresher.

Do 1 coat of UW and let it cure 12hrs and top it with GC Plus and you'll get the protection of a sealant and look of a carnauba.

If you want maximum shine and protection why not go for a ceramic sealant?

Gives great glass look, awesome water repellancy and lasts 2 years.

I have mind set on the Pete's 53 or DP max wax. I just can't divide witch one!

That's an m5. Op you narrowed it down to two great choices. I've only used Pete's and love it but honestly of budget is your concern, get the max wax. There are soooo many good reviews on it I doubt you will be disappointed

If money was not a issue would the Pete's be a better out of that and DP? Can I use the Petes on white or light color cars?

I'd still go for 915. It's just somewhat less durable than 476 - which means that it is in the upper echelon of non-coating products when it comes to durability - it looks good, has nice water behaviour, and is relatively inexpensive (32.99 for a 12oz can, which will last you a long, long time).

You can use almost any wax on any color paint... Again, the prep work makes way more difference than the wax.

I really like PB Natty's Blue. It is also on sale right now at AG, and for $17.99 I think it is a great wax. Goes on as easy as Pinnacle Souveran Paste IMHO and looks great.

You can use either on any color, I haven't seen where one outshines the other in longevity (not sure if there is a Max Wax vs Pete's thread). Make sure you order today if you're going to get one of them--the sale ends tonight!

Thanks guys! Also one more question. What microfiber yowl should I get for wiping off my wax and quick detailer when claying and polishing? Is there one thy will be good for all of this?

Since you are looking to save money--the Blue/Green Rolled Edge or Gold Plush Jr MF towels. They can be used for anything.

Correct...it's an M5

The two extra doors added at least an hour to the polishing process.
