need help with my paint car

I have magen 2004 with colour red matelic .
I need ur advice ' how to reapir the scratch and giving life to the colour ,

here some pictures :

someone advice to me thet I do :
1. wash the car
2.doing polish in the area scratch with cg v36
3.sleete black light
4.otem v7

what u think should I do ?

In two of the pictures they need to be repainted no way around it. As for the scratches I would try to buff out. Do you have a DA and polish?

which product I need to remove scratch and giving life to the colour ?

u would recommend me to use this products ?:
meg uc for scratch
black light
and then for the finish v7
