Hey Guys -

I am a newbie and have been struggling to remove a paint stain from the dash of my truck. Brought home some pre-primed baseboard and when I pulled it out the paint was left behind. I have tried CG All-Clean+ at 20:1 as well as Full strength, I have also tried Tuff-Stuff spray and it won't budge. What is the next step?

Anyone else? Who/what is Dr.Vinyl?

You could try some mineral spirits on a cloth or some polishing compound dabbed on a cloth. With either, gently rub back and forth watching for sighs of progress. Once finished, clean the area with a mild all purpose cleaner then use a vinyl treatment to restore it's look...

Great guys! Thank You. I will try the Scotch-Brite first then the mineral spirits. Dr. Vinyl will have to wait ;)

Thanks Again

Just an update........blue scrubber = NOPE, Mineral Spirits = NOPE. It amazes me how dry Pre-primed wood could leave such a tours stain. Worst part it is in the middle of my dash and I look at it all day ;(

This may be a long shot but maybe just a regular pink pencil eraser. If not, try Goof Off.

I'm stumped I have used my way and Bob's way. I have never had a problem getting paint off interior before. I use blue scrubber and
1Z einszett Plastic Deep Cleaner.

I had overlooked the compound but will try that and the pencil eraser. On business travel for the week but will let you know how I make out. Thanks again
