Not sure if you're referring to a close-enough size. I run non-factory spec tires most of the time because I can't get the exact size. For many trucks and some cars the specified size is to help hit mileage goals more than anything else, sometimes for aesthetics as well. Example: My wife's 4Runner had ridiculous pizza cutter tires for mileage reasons only. Most other cars/trucks you can get within a range of sizes, less so for sports cars. A good tire person can help you figure out what's close enough.
