Need Tire Shine Recommendations

I threw out 303's new Tire Balm earlier but couldn't really get into to much as I was at a light at work, but now I'm on lunch. This is a true tire coating, despite what the name says. When applied it has that bluish/purple tint you get with other tire coatings out there and the finish is totally controllable and the besides that, the best part, IT DOESN'T SLING, NO WAY, NO HOW! Once you lay down a good base coat, to a cleaned tire, you may need to apply a 2nd coat but that's to be expected as some tires soak it in while others, not as much. In real world driving, you can expect a solid month (or more) out of this product. The price is very competitive as well. I know its a new product and there isn't alot out there about it but FWIW I guarantee your going to like THIS product!!

I think you've convinced me. I ordered the small 8oz of Opti Bond yesterday to try out, as the 303 was out of stock. I signed up for AG to notify me when it's back in stock so I can grab a bottle. At 50% off I was going to grab two yesterday before I saw they were out.

Have to agree. I don't use it on lower profile tires, but for truck or suv tires it's my preference. It's all I use on my wife's suv and it leaves a nice uniform shine, zero sling and it a breeze to apply.

I have lower profile tires, so that's why I'm leery of aerosols and foams. Guess I should have mentioned that. I'm on 22's with 33" tires.

Just order it and it'll be backordered and they'll send it to you when it comes back in stock. Otherwise, you may miss out on the intro pricing etc etc. You most certainly do not have to wait till it's in-stock to order it.

I can't. There's no option to put it in the cart. Do I need to call them?

And is 303 water based? Does it dry to the touch?

Hmm, interesting. I could order it and then an hour later got an email saying it was B/O'd. Maybe I got lucky in the queue.

Yea, I'd call or email and request a 'rain check' on the item.

I guess a couple of months ago when I asked them to stock it, they only got a smallish # of cases of the product.

Yes. It's the closest I've found that looks like the tire was just unwrapped & installed. A really nice deep satin if that’s the look you're going for.

I just sent them an email. If I don't hear from them by this afternoon, I'll call them and get a rain check. $5.50 is a hell of a deal. I may get two if I can.

Glad I just checked the site and found the 303 Tire Balm was back in stock! I asked to be notified when it was ready for purchase but got nothing...Anyhow, since it seems to be popular and goes fast I went ahead and got two bottles. Hope it works as well as a lot of you say.

I have been extremely happy with McKees tire coating. Lasts a long time, dries to the touch and just the perfect amount of sheen i like.

I bet it's nice, but I can't get two bottles for $11 like the 303 Balm lol

I think I’ve figured out why you’re supporting this so hard.

And no it’s not because I’ve tried it.
I tried it for the first time today, and now I know why Klasse spoke so highly of it.

I spent 20 minutes cleaning the tires, then gave the Taurus a rinseless wash. By the time I finished the rinseless, the tires were dry. Gave them two coats of the 303 Tire Balm. It dried quickly ... like 15 minutes.

Great shine. Not matte ... but not too shiny, either. Looks more like a tire coating to me. Great smell ... kinda cherry/grape. The garage still smells good ... 4 hours later!

Can't wait to see how long it lasts. Glad I got two bottles!

I can't wait till I get mine to try out. Once I saw it was back in stock, I'm jumped on it and ordered two bottles myself!
