If the scratches aren't too deep, just work them out with another round of polish. What products did you use to get to the point you are at?

Not sure what you are referring to. It looks like a tape line running vertically down the middle of the rear quarter panel. I assume you did some correction from that line to the front of the car?? If not, are you saying that from that line to the rear of the vehicle is the only place where the defects showed up?
 
No the hood had some swirls and the back had some weird scratches

I use m105 with the orange lc pad and m205 to polish with gold speed 5 on correction and speed 3 on polish
