Never received confirmation on my order

It happened to me once. I called Matt and he confirmed they received it so even though you should have received it but once it goes out on the net there's no guarantees.
 
Nick confirmed with me that it was placed manually because I requested something in the comments box. Received the confirmation afterwords.
