Never recieved Order-

Hello

I made an order at the beginning of the month and received only part of the order. I received an email saying that the remainder of my order would be shipped in 5 -7 days. However, as of today I have not received the last part of the original order. I have emailed AutoGeek customer service 2x since Monday, without response, and posted the same issue on the AG FB page, without response. Please let me know when I will be receiving the rest of my order.

Kind of unusual. AG's customer service is usually great. I would give them a call.
 
They include their customer service number in all emails regarding orders. Just give them a shout.
 
I have read that even a mistake on customer part they make good on order. Call them MON morning.

Did you pick up the phone and call? I emailed them about an order Monday morning and had a response from Danielle within 45 minutes. Personally, this is the last place I'd come to about my order, I'd start with email and then phone call.
 
Call them. They've always been helpful whenever I've had an issue

Yes, a phone call would yield an answer. And i'd be curious what they say but would expect a satisfactory reason.
 
Definitely give them a call.

Recently they haven't been as good as in the past replying to email.
 
Nevermind I found you, you have one item we owe you and the manufacture is holding it for QC testing, we do not have any and wont until they release it. I can refund you for that one brush or you can wait for the release just let me know.
 
I can wait. Haven't called due to heavy travel schedule - Shouldn't have too - should have received a quick response -
