Never touch a detailers car!

The very first time I installed a coating on my wife's car I explained to her how it helps to resist fine swirl marks and some of the other benefits. As I was talking she leaned down to the hood and ran her finger nails across a 6-8 inch section to "feel how smooth it was." Strangely, when I was showing the same car to my Father in law he did EXACTLY the same thing in another spot on the hood. ###??? It took everything in me (both times) not to completely lose it.

Well for one I'm married and in my 30's and she's in her late 60's so hopefully she's not flirting. I only work part time as a detailer and this was at my office job. She was outside supposedly watering the flowers and decided to water the inside and outside of my car while she was at it. My wife and I are going to try having a kid and she tells me I need to not let the little things bother me so I was proud of myself for not going off on her. I did tell her not to do it again. I also understand that non detailers don't understand the steps involved in detailing like don't wet your car with a hose and let in air dry in the sun. Then as I'm leaving to get lunch she tells me to be sure to roll up my windows. Some people.
i was the calmest guy in the world, then kids,it have since turned into my father without trying good luck! The best part of having kids,is the making part,it will turn your whole world upside down! Enjoy

is she available? would she go out on date with me? :)

I don't thinks she's single but she is spry for her age;) If we do have a child hopefully I can keep the eating to outside of the vehicle. My wife laughed at the ex mosquito comment. Even before I knew about detailing I don't think I would ever run my finger nails down a car.
