New BMW deliver with a short change

This is one of the few newly delivered car we were asked to do a permanent protection, Opti coated was the answer

Read on.....
My buddy contacted to opti coat his ride upon receiving his new UDM's......As usual .....we advise him not to be sent to any car wash

upon looking at the ride, with Sevendust....we saw

New car delivery - short change by the dealer !!!

it would have gotten away if the paint is dark
but what will happens a year later

also along with some minor RIDs & scuff ....suspect from pre delivery washes

no what so ever car wash given of QD applied in the process of the followings shots

amazing how it protects & preserve the paint

My buddy hasn't gotten use washing his ride for the past 10 years, but this we encourage him "never too late to start"

as prevention is always better than cure

He did " says that ...the best of what he missed for the last 10 years.....ownership

upon seeing the worn out cloth & bucket at the trunk....I spent another 30 minutes walking thru (the whole process of paint correction & after care) with the car carer................

given him for a start

ONR - weekly wash
OCW - monthly wax
OPC - all purpose cleaner - esp water rain marks, tars, insect saps & interior cleaning,

lastly Opti clean for quick interior detail ..on the dark leathers

EMPOWERING him to maintain his master's ride

What the hell is that goop on those cars? I had an 07' Mini Cooper S and after a while, I had this "goop" coming out from around the rear wiper, weird!

Great work on the car, I like how its got factory eyelids, very cool!

Cosmoline. They spray this stuff on new cars to prevent rust for those trips across the ocean. For some reason I've seen it mostly on BMW's, but not on other cars. Are other cars shipped across different oceans?

Porsche uses Cosmoline on the 911's. When it starts to burn off there isa distinctive smell. We call it Porsche perfume.

yupp...but quite small & under power for its size
