I just bought a 2019 Lincoln MKC. It has 460 miles on it so it does not have a lot of mileage on the paint. It is magnetic gray, I would like to know what is my best option for a wax and/or sealant to keep it looking brand new? It is my daily driver. I bought Wolfgang fusion polymer estate wax. Did I make the right choice? I have read that some people suggest to use something like Klasse high gloss sealant glaze first than wax over top. What is the suggested mix of products to keep my new daily driver looking pristine?

•IMO:
-Since Wolfgang Fusion Polymer Estate Wax
contains both Wax and Sealant ingredients,
(thus being a Hybrid Finishing Wax/Sealant),
there really isn’t a need to use a ‘mix of pro-
ducts’; ie: a separate Sealant, topped off with
a separate Wax.

-You made an excellent choice for your new DD.

I agree with Bob. Fuzion will look great on your new gray car. It has good durability for a beauty wax.

If you live somewhere with harsh winters, you could invest $20 in some Collinite 476 and top with your Fuzion once the weather clears up, continuing with Fuzion in spring through fall.

Personally I have Fuzion and it is great no doubt, but doesnt last. What I would do is buy the WG deep gloss sealant and then wait a day or two and then top it with fuzion. You'll have a great base and then a killer topper that helps with color, reflection etc.

Fusion might be good, but for the price, I will never know.

What I do know, is that 476 is the real deal as far as hybrid waxes go. And it will look great on that Magnetic. (I work for a Ford dealer, and that color is beautiful...)

What about Klasse high gloss sealant glaze instead of the WG deep gloss sealant?

From what I’ve read, Klasse doesn’t have the ease and beauty (subjective I know) of some of the newer top sealants. Do you already own Klasse HG? If so, yeah go ahead and use it. If not, I would recommend these for pure sealants for a good overall experience: WG DGPS, PBL Sealant, M37 High Def. Or just go the Collinite route.

Not bad but honestly there are some sealants that are better. Times have changed since when Klasse came out, while good, there are some better options.

Wolfgang Fuzion is my favorite wax, its look is outstanding. It goes on easy, doesn't need to haze, doesn't stain trim, is really easy to wipe off, and smells great too. Great choice for picking your first wax.

Fuzion is all I use on my driver for the past 9 years. I love the look. I think you will be very satisfied with it.

Every three to four months. I’m about due now although the car still looks great.
