I think Nick is being conservative with the 10-15 vehicles per bottle. I can easily cover at least 3 vehicles with the 20cc of Opti-coat. This 4oz bottle is 6x more volume than the 20cc of OC2.0 so that's at least 18 vehicles equivalent for this new DP paint coating. I wouldn't be surprised if one gets 20 vehicles out of this. That's just extreme value!

Another question Nick. What will be the best product to use to coat plastic and rubber trim?

Nick what is the exact heat tolerance of the paint coating vs wheel coating? Like actual numbers if you don't mind!
 
What kind of cut does the paint prep have? I assume you use a polishing pad or a finishing pad?

Detailer's Coating Prep Polish is non-abrasive. You would use it with a polishing pad.

During the initial testing I restored a pair of headlights on an older vehicle and used the paint coating to protect them. They have yet to show any signs of yellowing.

Indefinite.

We've yet to have one of the coatings "expire."

It's always best to keep products away from extreme heat or cold, regardless of the type of product.
 
Nick, which one of the three is best suited for rubber/plastic trim?
 
This is awesome. I never thought id be in the coating market but after looking at these im VERY interested.
 
The prep polish looks very promising, especially in opti-coat application. Might have to give it a shot!
