NEW! DP Paint, Wheel, & Glass Coatings + Coating Prep Polish!

Nick, I've ordered the Paint Coating and Glass coating to try on my in-laws' vehicles. Question: Can the paint coating be used as a topping over OG or CQ? How will I know if it has worked or not? (Sorry if this was asked already, I don't have time to go through 10 pages). Congrats on the new products!!

It's not going to bond over existing coatings that well.

Sure. I would say I applied about 10 pounds of pressure to the Rupes LHR 15ES when I polished my car.

I just got some of the paint and glass coating. Can't wait to give the glass coating a try this weekend. Perfect candidate is my Dodge Charger for work :xyxthumbs:
 
Can the paint polishing prep also be used to prep painted wheels and glass or it isn't necessary?

I will post a review. I'm hoping this product can replace wolfs hard body for me. Already have a couple clients cars lined up next week to try it on.

If the wheels have never been polished then yes, it would be a good idea to use the Coating Prep Polish first. The Coating Prep Polish also works great on glass that is very well maintained. I would play it safe and use Detailer's High Performance Glass Restorer as my go-to glass polish before applying Detailer's Glass Coating.

It's definitely not going to take away from the life of the coating. :dblthumb2:
 
Well it's official. Glass coating, paint coating and coating prep ordered. Coming from ACC though as they have a sale!

Can't wait to apply this to my bumpers, and really excited about the glass coating.
