I purchased this product a few months ago from a different e-tailer; talked to Dennis Durr the owner of Durrmaid prior to taking delivery as I read some iffy reviews on the extractor that preceeded this upgraded model. I have since used this a few times and have to say it rocks. Wear gloves at least on the hand that holds the attachment as the brass parts and water hose get HOT; this thing can heat some water. I used hot tap water to fill the reservoir, turned on the heater which stayed on for about 5-8 minutes before it was ready to use. The suction is great with 102" lift, this thing has pulled out some serious stains that customers thought were permanent. It has impressed them as well as myself. It is loud as with any vacuum equipment when running. I opted for the longer hoses for convenience on larger vehicles as well. I was willing to spend more and purchase a Mytee if this didn't work out; but I'm keeping it, it works great. I paid more than what is listed here as well. Word of caution: Dennis has some unflattering comments made online about him on other forums from a few years ago and I asked him about this when we spoke. Dennis is a straight shooter and won't hesitate to butt heads with someone who misuses his products then wants their money back. Don't act like a butthead towards him should you need his help on an issue and you won't have any problems from him. So far: highly recommended!
